Accessibility Statement
Effective October 29, 2026
KeystoneXchange is committed to making our marketplace usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Lightweight, fast-loading pages built to work on older devices and slow connections.
- Labeled form fields and buttons for screen readers.
- Skip-to-content links and support for keyboard navigation.
- Respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Plain-language rules and policies.
What we’re still improving
This is an ongoing accessibility goal, not a claim that every page fully conforms. Our review and improvement work focuses on:
- Color contrast on some pages.
- Visible keyboard focus on search fields.
- How live page updates are announced to screen readers.
- More descriptive text for listing photos.
- An easier way to identify the item you’re reporting.
